Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
  • Returns must be made within 14 days of the purchase date (or delivery date for online orders).
  • You must present a receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Hair extensions, wigs, cosmetics, brushes, combs, and personal care items are final sale due to hygiene and health regulations.

Non-Returnable Items

  • The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
  • Opened or used hair products (shampoo, conditioner, oils, etc).
  • Wigs, bundles, ponytails, and other hairpieces.
  • Cosmetics, skincare, and nail products that have been opened.
  • Clearance, promotional, or final sale items.

Exchanges

If you received a defective or damaged item, we will gladly exchange it for the same product or a store credit.
To process an exchange:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
  2. Provide your order number and a photo of the defective product.
  3. Once approved, we will provide instructions for the return or replacement.

Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original form of payment within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • If you received free shipping, the original shipping cost may be deducted from your refund.

Online Order Returns

  • If you purchased online;
  • Contact customer service before shipping your return.
  • You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect. Include your name, order number, and reason for return in the package.

In-Store Returns

If you purchased in person:

  • Bring the item, receipt, and original packaging to the store within 14 days.
  • Refunds or store credits will be issued after inspection.
